ABOUT:
The department has a long legacy and heritage being part of Karnatak University, which it has inherited and enhanced upon coming under the ambit of newly instituted Rani Channamma University. Well-qualified and motivated faculty of the department collectively provide fine blend of expertise and experience for mentoring of students. With wide spectrum research interest ranging from Combinatorics and Graph theory, Fluid Dynamics to Algebraic Topology, faculty at the department undertake rigorous research activities. The curricula provide an all round perspective of the subject focusing on the foundational, intuitive and technical aspects together with applications. The lush green campus, with vibrant student base and academic ambience provide conducive environment for teaching, learning and research.
