The request letter from the management to close the affiliated college.

Enclose the Management Resolution copy to close the college.

(Genuine reason should be mentioned in the above Management Resolution.)

The copy of the permission letter by the Government of Karnataka to start the college.

04

A copy of the Affiliation notification received at the commencement of the college and also a latest copy of affiliation notification received from the University.

05

The deposit details during the time of closure (Photocopy of all the payments)

06

Fees for the Closing the College: Rs. 10,000/-

Mode of Payment : RTGS/NEFT/Challan or DD (Draw in the favour of : Finance Officer, Rani Channamma University, Belagavi )

The Management should submit Rs. 200/- Bond Paper ensuring the provision made to safeguard the interest of the faculty and students of the college for this year and previous year.

The college should submit No Due Certificate from the Registrar Office and Registrar Evaluation Office of the University.

09

The management should submit the documents related to the steps taken to retain the documents of the passed out students and current academic students.

Kindly submit two sets of the above documents.

Procedure for the Change of the College Name and Merging
01 The request letter from the college related to the Name Change of the college/ for the Merging of the college. (The college name should be mention clearly).

02 Enclose the sanctioned order copy received by the Government of Karnataka while starting the college.

03 Enclose the copy of the Affiliation notification received at the commencement of the college and also a latest copy of affiliation notification received from the University.

04 An approval copy from the AICTE//NCTE ( If Applicable)

05 Fees for the Name Change of College / Merging : ₹ 25,300/- CDC Fund Account No: 05522200017220 (IFSC-SYNB0000552)
Name of the Bank : Syndicate Bank, RCU, Campus , Bhutaramanahatti, Belagavi Branch
Mode of Payment : RTGS/NEFT/Challan or DD (Draw in the favour of : Finance Officer, Rani Channamma University, Belagavi)

06 1. Kindly enclose the Management Resolution for the change of the college name/Merging Reg.
2. If case of college merge – if the college has changed the name it should be clearly mentioned in the Management Resolution.

07 The College Merging Courses related to Education and other documents should be attached. (Like Land & Building , Teaching classroom, Library, Laboratories, Play Ground, Drinking Water, Offices, Cells, Washroom, Separate Ladies, etc.)
Kindly submit two sets of the above Documents.

Procedure and Documents for the Change of Management

The request letters from both the Managements to Change the management.

Enclose the sanctioned from the Government to start new college.

3

Photocopy of first and recent Affiliation notification received by the college.

4

AICTE/NCTE approved letters for shifting (if applicable)

5

Management resolution copies (from both the management)

6

Fees for the Change of Management : ₹ 35,200/- (should be paid by both Management separately )

*In case, the College is shifting then the management has to pay separately College/ Management shifting fees .48,400/-)

Other documents to be submitted:

·        A photocopy of the New Society registration of both the managements.

·        Audit report of Society/ New Management.

·        The list of New Management committee members.

·        Bank statement details of the New Management.

·        Documents of the management related to the category (GM /SC/ST/Minority).

·        The Previous year Balance sheet/Audit report of the Management.

·        Basic and Academic facilities of the college (Photos and documents of Land, Building, lecture hall, library, lab, ground, drinking water, other offices/cells, Toilets, ladies room and other facilities)

·        In case of any court case- related documents to be submitted.

·        Mutual Agreement of both the management.

Approval letter form AICTE / NCTE for the shifting of the College

(If Applicable)

Fees for the Shifting the College: Rs. 48,000/-

Enclose the Management Resolution proceeding to Shift the college.

Enclose the details of the College which are within 15kms radius of the new shifting place of the college.

Enclose the following documents : Land & Building , Teaching classroom, Library, Laboratories, Play Ground, Drinking Water, Offices, Cells, Washroom, Separate Ladies, etc.

09

All the above documents should be attested
